Change 1 2-1549TM 9-2320-365-20-2CONTINUITY TEST(1) Set multimeter to ohms.(2) Connect positive (+) probe of multimeterto connector P114-9.(3) Connect negative (-) probe of multimeter toall other sockets of connector P114, oneat a time, and note reading on multimeter.(4) Connect positive (+) probe of multimeterto connector P114-10.(5) Connect negative (-) probe of multimeterto all other sockets of connector P114,one at a time, and note reading onmultimeter.(6) Connect positive (+) probe of multimeterto connector P114-25.(7) Connect negative (-) probe of multimeter toall other sockets of connector P114(except P114-13), one at a time, and notereading on multimeter.(8) If continuity is present in step 3, 5, or 7,replace WTEC III cab transmission harness(para 7-87).(9) If no short circuits are found, replaceWTEC III transmission ECU (para 8-7).(10) Connect connector P114 to WTEC IIItransmission ECU.(11) Connect connector clamp on connectorP114.(12) Install kick panel (para 16-3).(13) Connect connector P119 to connectorJ119.(14) Position front grille on cab with washer and screw.(15) Position two washers and screws in frontgrille.(16) Tighten screw to 48-60 lb-in. (5-7 N·m).(17) Tighten two screws to 24 lb-in. (3 N·m).(18) Clear diagnostic codes (para 8-5).
