TM 9-2320-365-20-22-1275CONTINUITY TEST(1) Disconnect connector J242A from airconditioner POWER INPUT connector.(2) Set multimeter to ohms.(3) Connect positive (+) probe of multimeter toconnector P242 socket A.(4) Connect negative (-) probe of multimeter toconnector J242A pin A and note reading onmultimeter.(5) Connect positive (+) probe of multimeter toconnector P242 socket B.(6) Connect negative (-) probe of multimeter toconnector J242A pin B and note reading onmultimeter.(7) Connect positive (+) probe of multimeter toconnector P242 socket C.(8) Connect negative (-) probe of multimeter toconnector J242A pin C and note reading onmultimeter.(9) Connect positive (+) probe of multimeter toconnector P242 socket D.(10) Connect negative (-) probe of multimeter toconnector J242A pin D and note reading onmultimeter.(11) If continuity is not present in steps (4), (6), (8),and (10), replace M1079 A/C power cable(para 20-82).(12) If continuity is present, troubleshoot airconditioner (TM 5-4120-384-14).(13) Connect connector J242A to air conditionerPOWER INPUT connector.(14) Connect connector P242 to air conditionerconnector J242.
