possibility of falling debris. Failure to
comply may result in injury to
personnel.
a. Removal.
NOTE
Both rear gladhands are removed the
same way.
EMERGENCY gladhand
shown.
(1) Remove dummy coupling (1) from gladhand (2).
(2) Disconnect air hose (3) from reducer fitting (4).
NOTE
Steps (3) and (4) require the aid of an
assistant.
(3) Remove reducer fitting (4) from adapter fitting (5).
(4) Remove nut (6), lockwasher (7), gladhand (2), and
identification plate (8), from rear crossmember (9).
Discard lockwasher.
