16-10. FENDER AND SPLASH GUARD REPLACEMENT (CONT)
m. M1078/M1081 Splash Guard Removal.
NOTE
Right and left side splash guards are
removed the same way. Right side shown.
(1) Remove three self-locking nuts (1), brace (2), splash
guard (3), and three bolts (4) from bracket (5). Discard
self-locking nuts.
(2) Remove two self-locking nuts (1), bracket (5), and two
bolts (6) from cargo bed (7). Discard self-locking nuts.

(1) Install bracket (1) on cargo bed (2) with two bolts (3) and
self-locking nuts (4).
(2) Install splash guard (5) and brace (6) on bracket (1) with
three bolts (7) and self-locking nuts (4).
