Retain
belt
adjusting
arm
for
future
installation.
(1) Removetwo screws (1),lockwashers (2),
and belt
adjusting arm (3) from alternator bracket (4) Discard
lockwashers.
(2) Position belt adjusting arm (5) on alternator bracket (4)
with two lockwashers (2) and screws (1).
(3) Tighten two screws (1) to 25-32 lb-ft (35-43 N·m).
