Step (28) requires the aid of an assistant.
(28) Position lower front support crossmember (5) on vehicle
with four bolts (4) and self-locking nuts (3).
(29) Tighten four self-locking nuts (3) to 295-369 lb-ft (400-
500 N·m).
b. Follow-On Maintenance.
(1) Lower cab (TM 9-2320-365-10).
(2) Service transmission (Appendix H).
(3) Operate vehicle and check transmission oil cooler hoses
and fittings for oil leaks (TM 9-2320-365-10).
